Accounts 2025Since the transfer in 2013 of all the shares by Rolls-Royce plc to Safran Helicopter Engines SA, the Company, formerly a joint venture by the name of Rolls Royce Turbomeca Ltd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Safran Helicopter Engines SA, which in turn is a 100% owned subsidiary of Safran SA. Turbomeca322 Limited operates as part of the Safran group's aircraft propulsion division. In 2016 and 2017, the Company administered certain legacy contracts for the support of the RTM 322 aero-engines that were sub-contracted to its parent company, Safran Helicopter Engines SA with these contracts ending in 2017. The main ongoing RTM322 aero-engine contracts were transferred to other Safran Group companies in 2013. During 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 the Company has ultimately become a non-trading company.
