Removal of information and objections

Where the information comes from

All information on this site comes from Companies House: the register of companies, filed accounts, the register of persons with significant control (PSC) and the register of officers. The same information is freely available on Find and update company information. We do not collect information from other sources and we do not enrich it.

We do not show the residential or service addresses of individuals. Of the date of birth, only the month and year are shown, as published by Companies House.

Legal basis

We process public register data on the basis of legitimate interests in access to company information (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). As an individual you have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21). See the privacy policy for details.

How to object

If you would like information about you to be removed or restricted on this site, email [email protected] and include:

  • your name as it appears on the site;
  • a link to the page your request concerns;
  • a short explanation of why showing the information disproportionately affects your rights in your situation.

We will reply within one month. Even if we remove information from this site, it remains public at Companies House. To correct the register itself, contact Companies House or file the correction there (for example, a change of a director's details). Companies House also has a procedure for protecting certain information, such as an application to suppress a residential address.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the supervisory authority of the controller's home country, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
