Change monitoring and webhooks

A one-off check gets stale quickly. Directors change, accounts go overdue, a company enters liquidation or is proposed for strike-off, and you usually only hear about it once an invoice is already unpaid. Add your portfolio's company numbers to monitoring and get notified as soon as something important changes.

What you get

Webhook

Every change as a JSON event to your system (signed, with retries).

Email digest

A daily or weekly email to your team, only when something changed.

Portfolio via API or file

Add and remove companies via API or upload a CSV. Thousands of company numbers in one portfolio.

Choose the events

Track only what matters to you: e.g. just status and officers, or everything.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do notifications arrive?

We check for changes as soon as Companies House publishes new data and send the notification right away.

Where does the data come from?

From Companies House open data — the register of companies, accounts filed in iXBRL, the PSC register and the officers register — and from GLEIF/LEIAdmin for LEI codes. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on volume and use case. Tell us what you need the data for and in what volume, and we will send you an offer.

Are other countries available?

Yes. The same solutions are available for companies in Estonia (entity.ee), Latvia (entity.lv), Denmark (cvrprofil.dk), Sweden (bolagsprofil.se) and Slovakia (icoprofil.sk). Data coverage depends on each country's open data. Several countries can be covered under one agreement.
