Accounts 2025The principal activity of the Company is to act as a parent Company with a single subsidiary, Healthsource (Bromley) Limited. The subsidiary Company's principal activities are to provide new hospital equipment and its replacement and ongoing maintenance to the Princess Royal University Hospital and other sites under the control of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for a period of 30 years under the Government's Private Finance initiative ('PFI'). On 22 March 2002, the subsidiary Company signed the formal PFI contracts relating to its part of the overall PFI scheme, together with the related equity and loan facilities agreements, to enable it to perform its obligations. The hospital opened on 24 March 2003.
