Accounts 2023The principal activity of the Company is to act as a financing company for the DS Smith Group (‘the Group’). There has been no significant change in the Company’s principal activity in the year under review. The Directors are not aware, at the date of this report, of any likely significant changes in the Company’s activities in the forthcoming financial year.
