The Investment Manager, in conjunction with the Directors of the Legacy Funds accordingly resolved that the Legacy Funds were to be managed with the objective of realising assets in an orderly manner and distributing the proceeds to fund investors. Since this decision was taken, the company has taken action to reduce its cost base whilst retaining the operational capacity to achieve an orderly wind down of the Legacy Funds. Only those employees considered necessary to assist with the remaining wind down of the Legacy Funds were retained.
