Accounts 2025During the year, the Trustees undertook a review of the future direction and sustainability of the Foundation, considering its scale, impact and available funding. Whilst the Foundation remains aligned to its charitable objectives, the Trustees have taken a prudent approach to new grant-making activity in light of current funding levels and the administrative requirements associated with operating the charity. As a result, no new grant commitments were made during the year, and activity has focused on preserving existing resources and considering how these can be deployed most effectively to maximise charitable impact. The Trustees continue to ensure that all activities are consistent with the Foundation’s Objects and provide public benefit in accordance with Charity Commission guidance.
