Signing Network CIC is the management services arm of Leicester Deaf Centre, delivering specialist, BSL accessible services for Deaf people across Leicestershire and Warwickshire. All surplus generated through our activities is reinvested into services and projects that reduce inequality, improve access, and strengthen Deaf-led community infrastructure.
