London Spirit (The Hundred) Limited (‘the Company’/‘London Spirit’) was incorporated by the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited (‘ECB’) as a wholly-owned subsidiary to manage the participation of the men’s and women’s teams in the Hundred. The Hundred is a professional franchise 100-ball cricket competition involving eight men's and eight women's teams located in major cities across England and Wales. London Spirit play their home match days at Lord’s Cricket Ground. In January 2025, the ECB entered a period of exclusive negotiation with third parties. In the prior year under ECB ownership, the Company’s turnover was derived from a cost-plus mark-up return on operational costs. The Company is responsible for overseeing all on-field activities for the men’s and women’s teams in each competition year. The ECB incurs all opera
