Objects of the Company The company’s objects are to promote the safety, wellbeing, and development of young people within the London Borough of Lambeth, particularly those at risk of or affected by youth violence. The company aims to create a community where young people are safe, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential, free from the threat of violence. In furtherance of these objects, the company seeks to reduce youth violence by engaging directly with young people and their families through community-led initiatives. This includes providing educational support, mentorship programmes, and access to appropriate referral services, as well as working collaboratively with schools, local organisations, and other stakeholders. Although Lambeth Schools Patrol CIC has not yet been operational during the 2024–2025 period, the directors have established a clear strategic direction informed by their experience and engagement with the local community. The company intends to develop its activities based on ongoing consultation, feedback, and research to ensure its services effectively respond to the needs of young people and contribute to safer communities.
