Principal activity
Accounts 2026The principal object of the LLP for the entire duration of the Period (i.e. the financial year ended 31 March 2026) was to provide financial services and financial advice, and included particularly the generating, sourcing and structuring of interesting investment funds and solutions managed by experts in their field for the professional investor marketplace. However subsequent to the Period end, the Firm’s contracts relating to the provision of financial services and financial advice principally to investment vehicles were concluded due mainly to the planned solvent liquidation of those vehicles. The LLP has no current plans to win new business. The LLP was authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (''FCA'') for the entirety of the Period. Its regulatory status during the Period was that of an Article 3 MIFID Exempt Firm. However, since the Firm ceased the provision of financial services and advice after the end of the Period and has no current plans to seek new contracts, the LLP made an application to cancel its FCA authorisation and regulation which has been approved by the FCA.
