Accounts 2023The principal activity of the company continued to be the provision of residential property management services The following statutory accounts are for SG Limited for the financial year 01 July 2022 to 20 June 2023. The Directors were again pleased with the performance of the business and continuing to focus on general operations now the effects of Covid are nearly behind us, embracing some new ways of working plus enhancement of our cyber security and IT for when remote working is required. The Business continues to focus on the staff and closely monitor the risk of impacts to the economy, the impact of debt, how the economy continues to recover coupled with many other external events affecting our clients and ultimately the business. The inflationary pressure on costs have subsided slightly compared to last year but the risk of bad debts will continue to be carefully managed. The company was acquired by the Strathspey Capital Limited on the 21st June 2023 and this should strengthen the business for future challenges. The directors are satisfied that the year-end position is within expectations
