Executive Summary - Current Financial Period During the reporting year, ENKULA WELLNESS HUB C.I.C. continued to advance its mission of improving the health, wellbeing, and social inclusion of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities in Scotland through culturally appropriate, community-led initiatives. Our work focused primarily on addressing mental health inequalities affecting Black men, strengthening community partnerships, promoting health awareness, and building organisational capacity to ensure long-term sustainability. A major achievement during the year was the successful delivery of The Resilient Brotha Project, a psychoeducational mental health programme specifically designed to address the stigma surrounding mental health among Black men. Alongside this flagship initiative, the organisation actively engaged with funding bodies, recruited new directors to strengthen governance, and participated in numerous community events and networking activities that increased awareness of our services and expanded collaborative opportunities.
