Alongside providing studio accommodation, Craft Central promotes contemporary Scottish craft throuigh its gallery and retail activities, showcasing work by local makers and artists. Since 2022 , Craft Central have invested in transforming the premises from a former restaurant into a centre for craft, learning and cultural activity.
